Scouting is all about learning by doing. Through adventure, teamwork, leadership opportunities, and personal challenges, young people develop skills for life in a fun and supportive environment.
At the heart of the program is Plan – Do – Review. Youth members help plan activities, take part in them, and reflect on what they learned, building confidence, responsibility, and leadership along the way.
Members build skills through the Scout Method by participating in activities across four Challenge Areas, to gain personal growth through the SPICES framework.

Scouting provides a pathway where young people learn, grow, lead, and discover their potential through adventure and experience.
